It’s easy to download your Instagram data to your phone or computer. Before you can download your data you will need to request so that Instagram can prepare the file for you to download.
1. Go to your Instagram app, then tap on your profile picture in the lower-right corner of the screen.
2. Click on the three horizontal lines at the top right corner, and click on Settings on the open bottom menu.
Click on Security, then tap on Download Data. Confirm your email address and enter your password, then select Request Download.
3. The Download Data button isn’t in the Security section again. So from the bottom menu list, tap on Your activity, then scroll to the end and click on Download your information.
Enter your email if you didn’t use one to register your account, then tap on Request download.
Instagram will send you a link, which you can use to download your data within 48 hours.
Go to your email account, and open the link to download the data. Unzip the file and you will be able to see the different types of folders.
Inside the unzipped file, click on the Comments folder and you will find liked_comments.
There are two file formats. .html or .json format. Tap either one to see comments you have liked on Instagram.

Use your Activity to check the comments you liked

With Your activity section, you’ll be able to find the post you have interacted with, this section tracks everything you do on the app.

3. Click on Account, then tap on Posts You’ve Liked. Here you will find the 300 posts that you have recently liked on the Instagram app.
You can now see all 300 posts you have recently liked on Instagram, you will still be able to unlike the posts if you want.
