PiggyVest recommends you set up a two-factor authentication process, once you enable the two-factor PiggyVest will send you a one-time pin (OTP) to confirm it’s you. So if you want to set up two-factor authentication for PiggyVest, here is how to do it.

1. Go to the PiggyVest app on your iPhone or Android device, and click on “Account” at the right bottom corner of your screen.

2. If you haven’t set up 2FA on PiggyVest you will see “Enable Two-factor Authentication” tap on it and a new page will open.

You’ll have to fill the required field. Or you can tap “My Account Settings” and then click on “2FA: Update Security Question.”

3. Tap on generate OTP to get the code in your email or as a Text message and click on “Set security question, then type in your password and enter the OTP you generated.

If you’re using the PiggyVest website you can activate two-factor authentication with the same direction for the app.

Once you’ve completely set up two-factor authentication for your Piggyvest account, your money will be secure and no one will be able to access it without you knowing.
