The new Instagram old stories feature will let you see old stories posted from three years back, it will include a new monthly calendars view that shows the day you posted the stories while the map view shows you the place a story was posted. The Instagram stories map and monthly calendar view can be accessed from the Archive menu from your profile.
Stories are available 24 hours to the public but the private achieve will still be seen by you with stories that date from three years back. Instagram has been keeping your photo since you joined the social media platform and every single one is still available on their server.
The archive will be private and only visible to you, but you can also repost your previous stories publicly on your profile or stories feed.
Instagram also added some feature to prevent online bullying, the new anti-bullying feature automatically hide abusive comments and before they send a reply Instagram will discourage them not to published the comments.
These abusive comments won’t be deleted entirely, however, the comments can still be viewed by tapping the View Hidden Comments button just like the Twitter feature to hide abusive comments.
