It’s just a few weeks away, and we’re getting ready to see the new OS from Huawei this coming December. Huawei is set to launch the Harmony OS developers’ beta on December 18th, and the public beta is expected to be out by April 2021.

With this coming release of its new OS — users won’t be able to use Google service except cause they’re approved to do business.

I’m not sure all-new devices from Huawei, starting from December will get the new OS because they are just some selected eligible devices that will be able to move to the new OS.

That said, 90% of Huawei and Honor phone will be able to move to the new Harmony OS according to people familiar with the matter.

Some of the phones coming with the new Harmony OS will be the Huawei Mate 40, and the Mate X with other series. This phone will get Harmony OS including the Huawei Nova 6 and P40. Huawei Central confirms the list of eligible Huawei and Honor devices that will be getting the Harmony OS coming December 18th.

From the look of hands, I hope Huawei will successfully pull this off and finally get their new OS working on mobile and will hope there is a turnaround — which will allow you to e Google service because the restrictions aren’t off and companies aren’t doing business as they use to.

The list of eligible devices from Huawei and Honor — as per Huawei Central is 42 with three upcoming — which include the Huawei Nova 8, Nova 8 Pro, and the Honor V40. All the devices will be coming with the new Harmony OS, including wearables and tablets.
