All paid extension that uses the Web Store payment system will have to look out to another payment method
Google announced Monday “if you use Chrome Web Store payments to charge for your extension or in-app purchases, you’ll need to migrate to another payments processor shortly.”
And all new and existing extensions can no longer use the Chrome Web Store payment system. But if you’ve not been using the payment system to monetize your extension, then you don’t have to be worried.
For a developer that has been using the Chrome Web Store payment system, you’ll need to migrate your billing to another system in other to monetize your extension.
