Tap “Continue” on the notification that appears on your iPhone to start the pairing process.

Step 2: Select the device name on your iPhone

To pair manually, tap the “i” icon on the bottom right corner of your Apple Watch.

A unique name for the Apple Watch appears on the Apple Watch screen with the caption “Use this to select your Apple Watch for manual pairing”.

The name displayed on the Apple Watch will instantly appear on your iPhone under “Devices”. Tap the name of the device to pair.  

Step 3: Enter verification code

A screen that requires you to enter a six-digit code should appear instantly on your Apple Watch. 

Fill in the code displayed on your Apple Watch to complete the pairing process.

How To Unpair Apple Watch

Step 1: Open Apple Watch app

To unpair your Apple Watch, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Tap My Watch

Tap “My Watch” and tap “All Watches” at the top of the screen.

Step 3: Tap Unpair Apple Watch

Tap the button next to the Apple Watch you want to unpair. Tap “Unpair Apple Watch” to confirm.
