In all, here are all the fixes you can try to fix the TikTok app if you ever experienced this issue.

Fix 1: Change Internet Connection

If the app is not working, you may have poor internet speed. And to fix this issue, you’ll need to switch your internet connection.

If you have been using your cellular network before, you’ll need to switch to Wi-Fi or the reverse.

If the app is not loading, what you can do is change your cellular network. Switch to another network.

Fix 2: Clear TikTok Cache

Open TikTok > Tap on Profile at the bottom right corner > then tap on three horizontal lines > Tap on Settings and privacy > Scroll down and tap on Free up space > Then tap on Cache to clear space.

If you’re using an Android device, you can force stop the app and it will stop it from running in the background. Then open the app again.
