Buying “Like”, followers and comments and paying for engagement generated by apps is now increasing over time and Instagram is out to cut out down the crap.

This type of behavior is bad for Instagram  community, and third-party apps that generate inauthentic likes, follows and comments violate Instagram Community Guidelines and Terms of Use, Instagram says on it blog.
